Comet, is a 7 week old Male Akita cross puppy who was born on Christmas Day!

Comet and his 9 other siblings were born in rescue with us. Here’s a little back story of there gorgeous mumma Mary. She came into rescue from the pound and come to us 2 days before Christmas Day and gave us all a Christmas miracle.

Akita’s are generally seen as territorial with their property and also reserved with strangers. Akita’s thrive on human companionship. The large, independent-thinking Akita is hardwired for protecting those they love. They are adorable and cute at the moment but they will need a lot of training and will need to be well socialised with people, kids and other animals. We would ideally like people with large breed experience or Akita experience for these pups as we say they will be a large breed with a lot of stubbornness behind them.

Can be homed with opposite sex pets, children and ideally children who are 10+ but if dog savvy and your able to show that we will consider you, can be homed with cats as they are young enough to adapt to new animals.
